Short answer: Ad account onboarding begins with an eligibility review, not a guaranteed approval. Prepare your company, website or app, product, markets, platform and budget details. Before funding an agency-managed route, confirm who holds the account, who can access it, who pays the media bill and what happens to the balance. Managed advertising is a separate service choice.
XmanMobi supports eligible businesses with ad account access, prepaid media funding and, where agreed, campaign management. The right arrangement depends on the advertiser, market, product category and platform. This guide follows the decision sequence; the Answer Hub remains the source for detailed account and funding answers.
Start with eligibility, not a platform promise
For an initial review, tell XmanMobi which legal entity will advertise, what product or service will be promoted, where the business operates, which markets it wants to reach, its preferred platform and expected budget. A functioning website or app page should clearly identify the real provider and the customer offer. A platform’s ability to target a country does not automatically mean every advertiser can open or fund an account there.
XmanMobi then assesses an available route and confirms the next steps. The platform retains control of its own account, ad, identity and industry reviews. Regulated products may need additional evidence or may not be eligible for a proposed route.
Prepare a practical onboarding pack
1. Identify the advertiser
Have company registration details and an authorized contact ready. The name used for the account, website and payment should describe the real business relationship.
2. Show the destination
Provide the website or app-store page, promoted product or service, and target markets. The review may need proof of domain or app ownership, privacy information and any relevant licences.
3. Clarify payment roles
Share the proposed billing entity, payment method and funding currency. If the advertiser, payer and account holder differ, disclose the relationship and be ready to document it.
4. Complete route-specific requests
The final checklist varies by platform, country, industry and account type. Do not treat a generic document list as approval or as a substitute for the current request.
Write down ownership and billing before payment
An agency-managed account may be held by XmanMobi or an upstream partner under a permitted structure. Before onboarding, the parties should document the account holder, user permissions, billing responsibility, balance terms and service scope. Agency-managed access does not remove the advertiser’s responsibility to follow platform policies.
Questions to settle in writing: Who owns the account? Who can administer campaigns and view data? Who receives invoices and pays media costs? Which terms govern unused funds, fees and refunds? The answers depend on the confirmed route and service agreement—not on a generic account label.
Separate prepaid media funding from service fees
Prepayment funds eligible media spend; it is not the same as a management fee or a platform approval fee. XmanMobi’s currently published starting prepayment for eligible Google, Meta and TikTok routes is USD 500. This is an XmanMobi commercial condition, not an official platform-wide minimum. Route, country, currency, industry and account review can change the amount required. Confirm the current offer, service fee, invoicing and refund terms before transferring funds.
For eligible Google Ads advertisers, XmanMobi describes its account-opening and funding route as Partner Network. Google makes the final decision on account, ad and verification eligibility. A starting prepayment is not a commitment that any specific application will be approved.
Decide whether managed advertising is needed
Account access and funding establish a way to run campaigns; they do not automatically include planning, creative testing, media buying or ongoing optimization. If the team needs hands-on campaign support, define those deliverables, permissions, review cadence and fees separately. See Managed Advertising for the service scope.
Performance depends on the offer, creative, measurement, market and platform conditions. XmanMobi does not promise a fixed CPA, ROAS, recovery result or platform approval. A responsible next step is a scoped discussion based on your real business and campaign inputs.
