A safer way to prepare a submission

1. Identify the task and deadline

Open the account notification and record the exact request. Do not answer a BOV questionnaire with an identity-only checklist or assume a financial-services requirement applies in every market.

2. Map the real business relationships

Confirm the advertiser, legal entity, brand, website, service provider and payer. If an agency or partner is involved, document the real relationship and disclose it accurately.

3. Reconcile the evidence

Compare account, website, payment and registration information for mismatches. Check that documents are current, authentic and relevant to the specific task.

4. Respond to the actual issue

If a prior submission was declined, address the stated discrepancy. A resubmission should explain a genuine correction rather than recycle the same material.

An agency can help review and organize truthful information, but the advertiser remains responsible for its Google Ads use and for the accuracy of submitted information. Account-specific permissions and requirements still apply.
